All freelance work is charged at $80/hour and invoiced at my discretion. I may decide to invoice an amount upfront based on an estimate of how much work may be required and the difference is made up on completion of the work.
Invoices must be paid before or on the due date to avoid a 15% late fee. If you or your organisation has a payment cycle then this must be made aware of and a payment date agreed upon. Same 15% late fee applies if payment isn’t received by the due date.
Where work has been completed on a dev/staging server full payment is required prior to being deployed on a live customer facing server.
For new websites or website redesigns a quote will be provided and agreed upon prior to work commencing. A 10% deposit will be required at the beginning of the project and progress payments throughout the project will be required at my discretion.
If I need information/assets from you to complete the project timelines will be agreed upon when this will be received. There will be a $250 per week charged for information that I am left waiting for preventing me from completing the project.

Sometimes I will need access to your webserver, websites, third party platforms etc…
Where possible it is preferred that an account is created for me and I’m granted access to the account. However where it is required that you need to give me access to your accounts, I ensure that I keep these secure and once my access isn’t required I delete this information and it is wise that you also change these passwords.
